HYATT REGENCY ORANGE COUNTY

Scope of Work: Fabricate and install interior signage for renovated guest tower, new atrium, lobby, meeting and ballrooms.

Contracted By: Tarsadia Hotels and Gordon & Williams Contractors

Designer: Selbert Perkins, Santa Monica, CA

Comments: As one of our largest projects to date, the Hyatt Regency Orange County also ranks as one of our all-time favorite hotel projects.

Summary: Given "design content only" plans, we were extremely successful in turning the designer's idea into the designer's dream. With our extensive R&D abilities, we were able to troubleshoot potential fabrication stumbling blocks before they happened. Working closely with the designer, we were able to maintain the integrity of the design without sacrificing quality - all within the budget!
